PTN PRODUCTION SERVICES RATES CARD

|
PTN PRODUCTION SERVICES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
|
|
RATES: Prices charged are subject to change without notice and shall be in force as stated above at the
date of shooting or post production.
|
|
CANCELLATIONS: Shooting and post production sessions canceled with less than 72 hours notice will be charged
for 25% of the timed booked. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for 50% of the time booked.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charge 100% of the time booked.
Weather cancellations will be charged for the actual crew and equipment costs incurred.

CREDIT TERMS: Upon credit approval, payment for all materials and services shall be due in full upon receipt of
invoice. Late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be charged on accounts over 15 days. Materials
and service for customers without an open account will be C.O.D. On all open accounts approved for credit, a written
and signed purchase order is required. Under certain conditions, Paradise Television may require advance payments for
production and materials.

For all accounts not approved for credit, Paradise Television has the right to hold all client elements until payment
for work performed is paid in full. Local, state and other governmental charges for sale, use, and excise taxes shall
be added to the prices quoted herein, regardless of the state or country the client is from.

NO ADVERTISING AGENCY DISCOUNTS ARE ALLOWED FOR PRODUCTION SERVICES.
|
|
LIENS: We shall have a lien on all elements delivered by the customer to us and all the elements produced by us,
until such time that the balance of the account due is paid in full.

|
ADJUSTMENTS: Any claims for adjustments in connection with an invoice must be presented in writing within 20 days
from the date of the invoice in question. Client hereby waves any claim for adjustments in billing, which is not presented
as stated.

|
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we feel necessary and in which we
deem unlawful, pornographic, degrading or incites prejudice or bias.

|
OWNERSHIP OF ELEMENTS: Customer warrants that they have the right to ownership or legal right to possession and
use of all elements delivered to us and agrees to hold us harmless from all liability arising therefrom and further
agrees to defend us, at customer’s expense, from any action of proceedings arising from such action
|
